Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to help students and professionals improve their spoken and written English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging training sessions, enhancing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and online English language training sessions.
Teach spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Evaluate learners' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
Improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Encourage interactive learning through role plays, discussions, and activities.
Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
Stay updated with up-to-date teaching methodologies and language-learning tools.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field.




Certification in English Language Teaching (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in English language training or teaching (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid grammar and pronunciation knowledge.
Outstanding presentation and classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate training, IELTS, OET, PTE, or soft skills training.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Full-time or Part time

Salary
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
