Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience (project management)

Job description Key Responsibility
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the deployment of field inspectors, technicians, and specialized equipment to various sites.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical concerns.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication.
Negotiate contracts,



manage change orders, and handle project closures.
Quality & Safety Compliance (HSE)
Ensure all inspection activities adhere to ISO, ASTM or other relevant industry standards.
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols in office to maintain a zero-incident culture.
Review technical documentation before delivery to the client.
Financial Oversight
Track project budgets, monitor "burn rates," and ensure projects remain profitable.
Manage invoicing schedules and oversee procurement for project-specific consumables or rentals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
