Role Description The Vice President – Projects is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for end-to-end management of multiple luxury high-rise residential projects. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Vice President – Projects will lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and resolve in office issues to keep projects on track. The role includes monitoring progress through site reviews, reports, and performance metrics, optimizing resources, and implementing best practices in construction management. This position also contributes to strategic planning,



risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications
Solid project management, construction management, and site execution skills for high-rise residential or commercial projects.
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, including use of project management tools and software.
Knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements in real estate and construction.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills across architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on timely decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
20+ years of progressive experience in real estate or construction, including senior-level responsibility for large projects.
Experience delivering projects ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality standards is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and conduct frequent site visits and reviews.
