Job Responsibilities
Assemble Desktop PCs and All-in-One (AIO) PCs as per approved BOM and specifications.
Install CPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD, HDD, PSU, cooling systems, and other components.
Perform Windows/OS installation, BIOS configuration, and driver installation.
Test and troubleshoot hardware and system-related issues.
Conduct quality checks and ensure proper functioning of assembled systems.
Identify faulty components and coordinate for replacement or repair.
Maintain assembly and testing records.
Follow ESD safety, production SOPs, and quality standards.
Achieve daily production and assembly targets.
