Job Description

Customarily has at least 7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform in one or more of the following: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD, or CSM
Customarily has at least 4 years leadership and/or mentorship experience
Customarily has at least 4 years of customer facing project management experience

Mandatory Skills

Role

Provide expert ServiceNow consulting and development services to clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product developments, releases, and certifications to effectively advise clients on best practices and recommend suitable solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in Agile development methodologies,



applying them to ServiceNow projects for productive and iterative delivery.
Create comprehensive documentation for processes and workflows, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards.
Act as a key team member on multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deliverables.
Lead and manage multiple projects, providing effective project management oversight, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery.
Conduct educational sessions for clients to increase their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platform, driving adoption and maximizing its value.
