Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling.
Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
Provide information about hotel services and local areas.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements.
Deliver guest messages, packages, and items as required.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
Support the front office team with guest service activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel is preferred.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
Adaptable to work in shifts.
Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
