Orchestrate the full spectrum of B2C operations encompassing supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, and customer experience,

Architect and execute cost-optimization and process reengineering initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce operational expenditure, and boost efficiency across business functions.

Lead cross-functional teams through a performance-driven culture, focused on continuous improvement, capability development, and accountability for delivery excellence.

Formulate and implement data-led decision frameworks leveraging analytics to identify process bottlenecks, drive strategic insights, and enhance operational predictability.

Drive customer experience transformation by embedding CRM analytics, service automation, and proactive resolution strategies to strengthen brand equity and loyalty.
