We're hiring a Front Office Executive for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi — an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, robust sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).Who we're looking for- 2–4 years at the front desk of a boutique hotel or resort, with time spent owning check-ins, check-outs and the guest ledger on your own shift- Hands-on with a PMS (IDS, Opera, eZee or similar), OTA and booking-engine reservations, billing and night audit- Comfortable being the first and last face a guest sees — warm, unhurried,



and genuinely curious about people- Able to hold the room when things go sideways: overbookings, late arrivals, guest complaints, coordination with housekeeping and F&B-; Fluent, confident English; Marathi or Hindi a plus for local coordination- Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a mustWhat we offer- Full-time role, based in office in Mulshi- Accommodation and meals provided on the property — you live where you work, in one of the most beautiful settings in Maharashtra- A team that shares the same philosophy about what a hotel should feel like- Direct reporting to the Hotel Manager, with close access to the founder
