We are looking for a Unisex Hairdresser with strong technical expertise, professionalism, and confidence in handling clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about their craft, committed to delivering a premium client experience, and willing to continuously learn and improve with evolving trends and techniques.
Core Responsibilities
Consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
Provide professional services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for both men and women
Build and maintain robust client relationships and encourage repeat visits
Promote and recommend salon hair care products to clients
Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and follow hygiene protocols
Stay updated with latest hair trends, styles, and techniques
Requirements
Minimum 4–6 years of salon experience as a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser / Hair Colorist
Expertise in advanced haircuts and styling for men & women
Knowledge of hair coloring techniques (global, highlights, balayage preferred)
Experience with chemical treatments (Keratin, Rebonding, Smoothening, etc.)
Good communication and client handling skills
Willingness to learn and grow continuously
Additionally (Good to Haves)
Hair academy certification
Experience working in premium salons
Existing client base or robust client retention ability
