Key Responsibilities
Develop creative design concepts and execute projects from concept to completion
Design visually compelling content for social media, print, and web platforms
Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and brand assets aligned with project objectives
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software efficiently
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
Technical Skills:



Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with Canva or Figma is an added advantage
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Creative thinking with attention to detail

Job Details
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly (based on performance)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Saturday)
Location: On-site (Bhopal office; company systems provided)
