Small inventory, robust sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).Who we're looking for- 3–5 years in restaurant operations, with time spent running an outlet floor at a boutique hotel, resort or standalone fine-casual restaurant- Experience with wellness-led or ingredient-first menus — Ayurveda, sattvic, farm-to-table, or a retreat kitchen.
