Small inventory, solid sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).Who we're looking for- 4–6 years in food & beverage service, with time spent running a restaurant or outlet floor at a boutique hotel or resort- Experience with wellness-led or ingredient-first menus — Ayurveda, sattvic, farm-to-table, or a retreat kitchen. The F&B; here is built around it, not bolted on- Comfort with the full operating stack:
