We are looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), with hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement of HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP HCM modules based on business requirements.
Analyze HR business processes and provide SAP HCM solutions.
Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
Required Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
Experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
Valuable understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM functionalities.
Experience in system integration, testing, and user support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
