Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building solid customer relationships, driving engagement, handling customer inquiries, and improving customer retention through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to improve engagement and retention.
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
Execute customer retention and reactivation initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and performance metrics.
Achieve assigned customer engagement, retention, and sales targets.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Effective problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Telecalling, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Retention.
Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Telecom, Digital Services, or related industries will be an advantage.
