Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to support business development and client acquisition in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective corporate clients, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales closure process.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, references, networking, and market research.
Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with prospective corporate clients.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
Understand client transportation requirements and present QELVO’s mobility solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations in coordination with the team.
Maintain accurate lead, meeting, and follow-up records in the CRM or sales tracker.
Support negotiations and follow up until closure.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients.
Track competitor activities and market prospects in Pune.




Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
8 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales.
Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
