Primary Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Role & Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and developer partnerships to build a high-converting pipeline.
Conduct on-site property visits and deliver accurate property valuations and contextual market insights to clients.
Advise buyers and sellers on pricing strategy, investment potential, and market trends to align expectations and drive transactions.
Negotiate offers, structure deal terms, and manage end-to-end transaction coordination until closure.
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM, prepare and verify documentation,



and coordinate with legal/finance teams for compliance and disbursal.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to local market intelligence by reporting competitor activity and demand signals.
