Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Key Account Manager with hands-on experience in Business Development and Relationship Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients/accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
Drive business development initiatives within existing and current accounts
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
Track account performance and prepare MIS reports and presentations
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business Development / Client Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage clients and drive revenue growth
Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Robust relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
