Job Description – Polymer Engineer (Quality Management)

We are hiring a Polymer Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management and Quality Control of PP/HP polymer products.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering / Polymer Technology / Plastics Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks and testing of PP/HP products and raw materials
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
Handle in-process and final inspections
Identify defects and implement corrective actions
Maintain quality reports and documentation
Coordinate with production and operations teams for quality improvement
Ensure compliance with ISO and quality management systems

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of PP/HP materials and polymer testing methods
Experience in quality assurance within polymer/plastics manufacturing
Understanding of QC tools, inspection processes, and testing equipment
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years in polymer/plastics quality management
