Job Description

Operations & Maintenance
Supervise day-to-day building operations (cleaning, security, MEP services).
Ensure all assets (lifts, DG sets, HVAC, etc.) are maintained as per OEM standards.
Schedule and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance with vendors.

Distillation Unit and Plantation Maintenance

Property maintenance and vendor management

Reporting
Submit weekly/monthly dashboards covering leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance updates.
Report on risks, emergencies, and capital repair recommendations.

Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with fire safety, municipal, KIADB, pollution control, and building regulations.
Maintain property licenses, insurance, and statutory documents.

Leasing & Occupancy Management




Source and engage recent tenants through brokers, digital platforms, and direct leads.
Conduct property showings and negotiate lease agreements.
Finalize lease documentation with legal and compliance teams.
Track lease expiries and renewals to maintain high occupancy rates.
Prepare and update leasing reports including occupancy, rent roll, and vacancy pipeline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
