Operate and monitor Draw Bench machines for cold drawn tube production.
Set up dies, mandrels, plugs, and tooling as per tube size requirements.
Ensure tube dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish as per quality standards.
Perform machine parameter setting and process monitoring during production.
Conduct inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and gauges.
Support tube loading, unloading, straightening, and finishing activities.
Maintain daily production and rejection records.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance.
Follow safety, quality, and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Draw Bench operation and tube drawing process.
Understanding of die & mandrel setting.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality checks.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Team handling and production coordination.

Pay: From ₹23,500.00 per month
