Role Description The Call Center Telemarketer at MADHULIKA INN is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhanbad. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Madhulika Commercial Cuisines (MCC). The telemarketer will handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments or reservations as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following call scripts and guidelines, and meeting call and conversion targets.



The role also includes collaborating with the front office and sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers clearly and professionally.
Customer service and appointment scheduling skills to manage inquiries and organize bookings efficiently.
Sales skills with the ability to promote services, handle objections, and close opportunities ethically.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center or CRM software.
Ability to work in office in Dhanbad, manage high call volumes, and meet performance targets.
Prior experience in telemarketing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial.
Comfortable working in shifts aligned with business needs and maintaining a polite, respectful demeanor with all customers.
