Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Manager at Oraiyan Groups, located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales and business development, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and closing deals. The role requires solid communication and interpersonal skills,



as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Experience in real estate sales or related field

Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
