Eligibility Criteria

Qualification ( Any one of the following)
MBA ( Healthcare / Project Management)
Master of Public Health (MPH)

Experience
More than 2 years of experience in managing healthcare projects.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and field operations is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned project area.
Should be from Odisha, preferably from Western Odisha.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust leadership, project planning and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS office and project reporting tools.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the end to end execution of healthcare and public health projects
Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and implementation partners.




Oversee field operations,technical support,logistics and all clinical call center activities.
Monitor project progress,quality standards, and key performance indicators
Review MIS reports,dashboards and operational data to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies,project guidelines and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular review meetings and provide status updates to senior management
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
