EDP Executive

Job Title: EDP Executive (IT Support)

Location: Gobichettipalayam

Job Type: Rotational Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible EDP Executive to support the daily IT operations of our cinema theatre. Candidates with Basic knowledge of CCTV, Servers, Desktop Support, ERP, Networking, and POS systems are welcome to apply. Freshers with positive technical knowledge can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic desktop and laptop support.
Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Perform basic server health checks and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support ERP software and resolve basic user issues.
Install and configure Windows OS, printers, and software.
Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network connectivity.
Support ticket booking, POS, and payment systems.
Prepare daily operational and collection reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with theatre staff for IT-related issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




Escalate hardware, software, and network issues when necessary.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS.
Basic Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting.
Basic Server Administration.
Basic CCTV Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Basic Networking (LAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi).
Basic ERP Application Support.
MS Office (Excel, Word).
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:
Diploma / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / BCA / Any Degree.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
Willing to work in Rotational shifts, Weekends, and Public holidays.

Salary:

Based on skills and experience

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
