Small inventory, robust sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).Who we're looking for- 10–12 years in professional kitchens, with time spent leading or serving as the second-in-command of a full kitchen- Solid menu design instincts — someone who thinks in seasons, sources hyperlocal, and can build a menu around what the land actually gives us- Command of food operations end-to-end — costing,
