Introduction

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the global financial reporting platform. This role focuses on delivering high-quality investor reporting, driving platform scalability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What you’ll do
You’ll define and deliver the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the financial reporting platform, balancing client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
You’ll lead platform implementation, enhancements, and process improvements to improve reporting quality, scalability, and performance.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions.
You’ll drive data-led decision-making, introduce metrics,



and optimize financial reporting processes including NAV and investor reporting.
You’ll lead and develop teams while ensuring robust governance, controls, audit readiness, and adoption of AI and automation within the platform.
