Position Overview
Title: Center Manager (Healthcare & Wellness)
Location: Mehrauli, South Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Qualification: Graduate or above
Shifts: Rotational (Day shifts only)
Week Off: One day per week

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration: Oversee daily center functioning, ensure SOP compliance, cash handling, hygiene, and documentation.
Team & Facility Management: Supervise therapists and support staff, resolve maintenance issues, and nurture a positive work culture.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, petty cash, and drive revenue through service promotion and upselling.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain client records, track KPIs, and submit regular performance reports.
Innovation & Collaboration: Introduce new wellness offerings and coordinate with corporate teams for service enhancements.




Client & Brand Relations: Represent the center professionally, promote Ayurvedic services, and build lasting client relationships.
Compliance: Ensure mystery audit scores remain above 85%.

Background in wellness, hospitality, or service industry preferred
High accountability and ability to work independently
