The HR & Accountant is responsible for managing both human resources and accounting functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR compliance. On the accounting side, the role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, managing petty cash, preparing reports, handling GST/TDS-related documentation, bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while complying with company policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
