Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and high-performance work culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Manage performance management, appraisal, and employee development programs
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Manage compensation, perks, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
Lead training and leadership development initiatives
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Maintain HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational matters





Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in talent management and employee relations
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
