Position: Front Office – Guest Service Associate (GSA)
Department: Front Office
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Front Office operations (Hotel Industry)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
Handle room reservations, guest registrations, and room allocations.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Answer telephone calls and provide information about hotel services.
Upsell rooms and hotel facilities whenever possible.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and qualified manner.
Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols.
Prepare daily reports and complete shift handovers accurately.





Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office GSA in a hotel.
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software is preferred.
Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
