Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and quality execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
Support in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Track site progress and maintain daily/weekly reports
Ensure availability of materials and drawings as per schedule
Maintain project documentation and reports
Assist in quality checks and safety compliance
Conduct site visits and resolve basic on-site issues
Follow up with vendors for timely completion

Required Skills:
0–3 years experience in interior fit-out projects




Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools
Understanding of materials and construction processes
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred:
Degree in Interior Design or Civil Engineering
Experience in commercial interior projects
