Job Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Shop Floor Manager to oversee daily shop floor operations, ensure smooth production flow, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and experience in managing manpower, machinery, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Manage manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain production records, MIS reports, and daily performance reports.
Train and guide shop floor operators and supervisors.




Ensure compliance with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in shop floor management within a manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
Experience in manpower management and production planning.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
