Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to support our trust’s mission through impactful visual communication. The role involves designing engaging content for events, campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials that align with the organization’s values and identity.

Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns
Design promotional materials for programs, workshops, retreats, and trust initiatives
Develop print creatives such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, and flyers
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
Collaborate with marketing, communication, and event teams for campaign execution
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms




Support the media team with basic motion graphics or creative assets when required
Maintain a positive, inspiring, and skilled visual tone across communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience 3 to 6 Years
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts
Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Valuable understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Experience in designing for both digital and print media
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Strong creativity with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
