DS-MAX is hiring for an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end ERP system implementation, customization, and support. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful ERP deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead ERP implementation projects from planning to execution and post-go-live support

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions

· Configure, customize, and deploy ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants

· Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution

· Provide training to end-users and ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems

· Monitor system performance and suggest improvements

· Maintain proper documentation for processes, configurations, and user manuals

· Ensure data migration, validation, and system integration with other tools

· Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of ERP systems

· Robust knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Odoo





· Understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)

· Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering → Go-Live → Support)

· Valuable knowledge of SQL, data migration, and system integration

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Experience in real estate or construction ERP systems is an added advantage

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

· MBA / ERP Certification is a plus

Preferred Experience:

· Hands-on experience in at least one full ERP implementation cycle

· Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
