Placement Coordinator

Location: Guwahati

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (DDUGKY work Experience is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Build placement partnerships with companies across sectors.
Schedule interviews, conduct pre-placement training, and assist students.
Maintain employer database and placement documentation.
Conduct employer visits and follow-ups for student tracking.
Ensure placement targets and retention as per DDUGKY norms.
Handle post-placement verification and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate with experience in placement coordination / recruitment / HR.
Robust networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet placement targets and manage employer relationships.
Familiarity with DDUGKY placement documentation is a plus.
Willing to travel for employer meetings when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
