WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) (Night Shift) with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing international projects through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other lead generation channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with technical teams for project scoping and successful handovers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.




Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in IT Business Development.
Hands-on experience with Upwork is mandatory.
Strong experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Solid understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI/ML, or Custom Software Development.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
Experience in a Digital Marketing or IT Services company is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
