We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Supervise and guide accounting team members
Prepare MIS reports for management review




Ensure timely closure of books and financial reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ CMA / MBA Finance preferred)
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / SAP / similar)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
