Sonali Ecomett Private Limited is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering graduates to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about production and quality processes and are willing to learn and grow in a agile manufacturing environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesProduction Supervisor
Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and quality departments for smooth production.
Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
In-Process Quality Engineer
Perform in-process quality inspections during manufacturing.
Ensure products comply with quality standards and specifications.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Assist in root cause analysis and continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements.
Required Skills
Good understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality control processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Eligibility
B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience are eligible to apply.
