Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales & Customer Service (Cafe Duties):
Greet customers warmly as they enter the café and provide an excellent first impression.
Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and enthusiastically suggest pairings, daily specials, or upsells (e.g., extra toppings, larger sizes, combos).
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the café’s POS (Point of Sale) system.
Handle cash, credit, and digital wallet transactions accurately and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter, dining area, and display cases.
Assist the barista/kitchen staff in packaging takeaway orders securely.
Delivery Operations:
Review delivery orders before leaving to ensure they are 100% accurate, complete (including cutlery, condiments, and napkins), and properly packaged to avoid spills.
Deliver food and beverage items to customers’ residential or office locations safely and within the designated time frame.
Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS/maps.
Maintain a polite, qualified, and friendly demeanor during doorstep interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and ensure they are safely remitted to the manager.
General Maintenance:




Ensure the delivery vehicle (two-wheeler/bicycle) is clean, properly maintained, and has sufficient fuel.
Adhere strictly to all traffic safety rules, speed limits, and café policies.
Follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma / Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in a café, restaurant, retail sales, or food delivery role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
Licenses & Assets:
Must possess a valid [Two-Wheeler / Driving License].
Must own a smartphone with a working internet connection for GPS and communication.

Skills:

Basic maths skills for handling cash and calculating change.
