Job Description:
Develop in-depth understanding of various skill development courses run by the organisation
Form training batches
Preparation of weekly and monthly training calendars. Ensure the delivery of training as per plan and complete evaluation of trainees within the timeline
Plan and organize industrial visits and guest lectures for the students
Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training as per pre-defined formats
Collate and report the attendance of students on a daily basis
