Asdflo is hiring on behalf of a leading pediatric therapy centre seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Assess children's sensory, motor, functional, and developmental needs.
Plan and deliver individualized occupational therapy sessions.
Support sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, coordination, attention, ADLs, and self-regulation.
Develop therapy goals, intervention plans, and monitor progress.
Maintain accurate therapy documentation.
Train and guide parents on home-based intervention strategies.
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals.
Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and training programs.

Qualifications
BOT or MOT from a recognized institution, MOT preferred.




Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, or other neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.
