Supervise day-to-day factory and production operations.
Plan and allocate work to welders, fitters, machine operators, helpers, and other production staff.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and reduce idle time.
Maintain production quality as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments.
Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records.
Control material wastage and improve shop-floor productivity.
Train and guide workers on work methods and discipline.
Ensure cleanliness and proper 5S implementation in the factory.
