Responsibilities
End-to-End Design: Create unique, structurally sound, and visually stunning gift boxes, sleeves, and custom inserts from concept to final product.
Thematic Curation: Translate festive vibes (the vibrance of Holi, the opulence of Diwali, the elegance of weddings) into premium physical packaging.
Unboxing Ergonomics: Map out the perfect "wow-factor" unboxing journey, ensuring products are beautifully presented and securely held.
Material & Print Mastery:
Source luxury/sustainable materials and oversee premium finishes (foil stamping, embossing, custom textures).
Vendor Collaboration: Create accurate 2D dielines and 3D mockups, partnering with printers to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
A robust portfolio showcasing structural packaging or luxury product design.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D rendering tools.
Deep knowledge of paper engineering, GSM, box structures, and transit durability.
An eye for contemporary luxury trends combined with traditional festive motifs.
