Manager – Operations

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring timely deliveries, efficient workforce management, and smooth execution of daily activities. The role includes supervising delivery personnel, planning work schedules, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all delivery personnel.
Prepare and allocate daily delivery routes and work schedules.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity of delivery staff.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Assign and monitor daily operational tasks to employees.
Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints promptly.
Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain delivery records, inventory movement, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate dispatch activities.
Train, guide, and motivate delivery staff to improve performance.
Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce delays.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/Billing software preferred).
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or delivery management.
Experience in managing field staff or delivery teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per week
