Interio Interiors is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the team with quotation preparation and telecalling.
The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting, be comfortable communicating with customers, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payments, receipts, and outstanding amounts.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist in preparing customer quotations and estimates.
Make follow-up calls to leads and customers when required.
Handle basic telecalling and customer communication.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial and customer information.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Age: 26 years or above.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel is preferred.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English is preferred.
Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry will be an added advantage.
