Supervise daily maintenance activities of MEP systems across the facility.
Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, pumps, STP/WTP, and fire protection systems.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor job completion within timelines.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all MEP equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for AMC and specialized maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service reports.
Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
Support emergency maintenance and breakdown response as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
