Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of CPVC pipes and water tanks to effectively communicate product perks and features to clients.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
