Job Summary
Responsible for delivering quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining restaurant service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests.
Take and serve food & beverage orders.
Ensure prompt and courteous service.
Set up and explicit tables.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff.
Handle guest requests professionally.
Follow hygiene and service standards.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
6 months–3 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
