Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pedagogical & Curriculum Design Specialist to shape the learning framework of our upcoming institution. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing creative curricula for Kindergarten and Primary School sections.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine progressive curriculum frameworks for early childhood and primary education.
Integrate humanistic and holistic learning methodologies into daily academic plans.
Collaborate with the founding team to establish high pedagogical standards.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Kindergarten and Primary School teaching.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and modern teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and curriculum mapping skills.
