As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using up-to-date frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with organizational goals and user expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
Robust understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with agile project management tools and techniques.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Familiarity with contemporary programming languages and frameworks.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
